December 2, 2008 – Rain Dance, a 10-minute play, was selected for the 2009 Lawrence Playfest. Stage readings will be performed at the Mercer County Library headquarters in April 2009. Stay tuned for details.

April 18, 2008 – The Festival for New American Musicals has accepted April in New York for “The 10s” portion of its 2008 festival. Virginia wrote April in New York with collaborator Stephanie Hutchinson for the Academy for New Musical Theatre 2006 mini-musical season.
